The Canadian Potato Council (CPC) plays a pivotal role in this success story. As an integral arm of the Fruit and Vegetable Growers of Canada, the CPC is supported by ten provincial potato grower organizations across the country. Together, we represent the interests of the major potato-producing provinces, working in unison to coordinate national activities and advocate for the well-being and prosperity of Canada’s potato growers.
