2024 Annual General Meeting

The AGM is an opportunity for leaders in fruit and vegetable production, business, and federal government to come together to discuss priority issues and decide on a course of action for addressing these issues in the coming year. The 2024 AGM was held from March 5-7, 2024 at The Westin Ottawa  Hotel.

This year’s theme, “A Fresh Approach,” encouraged us to embrace the winds of change reshaping the agricultural landscape. As the Fruit and Vegetable Growers of Canada, we honor our rich legacy by forging new paths in innovation, advocacy, and cultivation. By doing so, we continue the vital work of feeding Canada and the world, not just by what we’ve always done, but by what we will do differently and better. As we welcomed new leadership and revitalized our AGM, we signaled our readiness to grow, evolve, and flourish in an ever-changing world, ensuring the endurance and prosperity of our sector for generations to come.
