{"id":41578,"date":"2026-11-06T11:31:27","date_gmt":"2026-11-06T16:31:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fvgc.ca\/?p=41578"},"modified":"2026-11-06T11:31:27","modified_gmt":"2026-11-06T16:31:27","slug":"fruit-and-vegetable-growers-of-canada-fvgc-look-forward-to-results-out-of-the-federal-budget","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fvgc.ca\/fr\/2026\/11\/06\/fruit-and-vegetable-growers-of-canada-fvgc-look-forward-to-results-out-of-the-federal-budget\/","title":{"rendered":"Les Producteurs de fruits et l\u00e9gumes du Canada (PFLC) attendent avec int\u00e9r\u00eat les r\u00e9sultats du budget f\u00e9d\u00e9ral"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ottawa (Ontario) \u2013 6 novembre 2026 \u2013 Les Producteurs de fruits et l\u00e9gumes du Canada (PFLC) sont impatients de poursuivre leur collaboration avec le gouvernement du Canada afin de trouver de nouvelles possibilit\u00e9s de croissance pour le secteur des fruits et l\u00e9gumes \u00e0 la suite du d\u00e9p\u00f4t du nouveau budget f\u00e9d\u00e9ral.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00ab Les PFLC soutiennent depuis longtemps que la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 alimentaire ne peut \u00eatre tenue pour acquise, et nous sommes heureux de constater que cette r\u00e9alit\u00e9 se refl\u00e8te dans le budget \u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Stephen Heckbert, directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral des PFLC. \u00ab \u00c0 un moment o\u00f9 la hausse des co\u00fbts, les perturbations commerciales, les ph\u00e9nom\u00e8nes m\u00e9t\u00e9orologiques extr\u00eames, les ravageurs et les maladies exercent une pression consid\u00e9rable sur les producteurs, le budget d\u2019aujourd\u2019hui met \u00e0 leur disposition davantage d\u2019outils, de programmes et de politiques pour leur permettre de continuer \u00e0 nourrir la population canadienne. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En septembre, les PFLC, de concert avec le Conseil canadien de la pomme de terre (le groupe de travail national sur la pomme de terre des PFLC), ont pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 au gouvernement une m\u00e9moire pr\u00e9budg\u00e9taire proposant cinq recommandations pour le budget f\u00e9d\u00e9ral de 2026 :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Int\u00e9grer une perspective alimentaire \u00e0 l\u2019ensemble des processus d\u00e9cisionnels du gouvernement f\u00e9d\u00e9ral;<\/li>\n<li>Assurer un acc\u00e8s rapide \u00e0 des outils efficaces de protection des cultures;<\/li>\n<li>Moderniser les programmes de gestion des risques de l\u2019entreprise (GRE) afin d\u2019y inclure des mesures d\u2019att\u00e9nuation;<\/li>\n<li>Maintenir l\u2019ACEUM et accorder une priorit\u00e9 particuli\u00e8re aux produits p\u00e9rissables \u00e0 base de fruits et de l\u00e9gumes lors des perturbations commerciales;<\/li>\n<li>Assurer la stabilit\u00e9 de la main-d\u2019\u0153uvre dans le secteur de la production fruiti\u00e8re et mara\u00eech\u00e8re.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00ab Pour que le Canada puisse maintenir un secteur des produits frais r\u00e9silient, concurrentiel et durable, toutes les d\u00e9cisions gouvernementales doivent \u00eatre prises dans une perspective alimentaire \u00bb, a affirm\u00e9 M. Heckbert. \u00ab L\u2019orientation et la port\u00e9e du budget d\u2019aujourd\u2019hui t\u00e9moignent de progr\u00e8s dans cette direction. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les PFLC se r\u00e9jouissent de constater la mise en place de certaines mesures visant \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer la comp\u00e9titivit\u00e9, notamment la <em>Directive du Cabinet sur la comp\u00e9titivit\u00e9 de la r\u00e9glementation et la r\u00e9duction des formalit\u00e9s administratives <\/em>le Plan pangouvernemental sur la concurrence ainsi que le projet de renforcement des enqu\u00eates du Bureau de la concurrence.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les PFLC souhaitent examiner plus en d\u00e9tail les dispositions du budget f\u00e9d\u00e9ral et les plans de mise en \u0153uvre qui s\u2019y rattachent. L\u2019organisation entend poursuivre sa collaboration avec le gouvernement du Canada afin de veiller \u00e0 ce que toutes les nouvelles politiques entra\u00eenent des am\u00e9liorations concr\u00e8tes et mesurables pour les producteurs.
