{"id":3005,"date":"2016-03-01T14:51:07","date_gmt":"2016-03-01T19:51:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.hortcouncil.ca\/?p=3005"},"modified":"2016-03-01T14:51:07","modified_gmt":"2016-03-01T19:51:07","slug":"projet-de-decision-de-reevaluation-concernant-le-chlorothalonil","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fvgc.ca\/fr\/2016\/03\/01\/projet-de-decision-de-reevaluation-concernant-le-chlorothalonil\/","title":{"rendered":"Projet de d\u00e9cision de r\u00e9\u00e9valuation concernant le chlorothalonil"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Consultation sur le chlorothalonil, modification du projet de d\u00e9cision de r\u00e9\u00e9valuation \u2013 Note de r\u00e9\u00e9valuation REV2016-06 de l\u2019ARLA<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>L\u2019Agence de r\u00e9glementation de la lutte antiparasitaire (ARLA) de Sant\u00e9 Canada a modifi\u00e9 le projet de d\u00e9cision de r\u00e9\u00e9valuation concernant le chlorothalonil (soit le document PRVD2011-14) \u00e0 la suite d\u2019une r\u00e9vision de l\u2019\u00e9valuation des risques en milieu professionnel et r\u00e9sidentiel \u00e0 la lumi\u00e8re d\u2019un plus grand nombre de donn\u00e9es pertinentes sur les effets possibles du chlorothalonil pour la sant\u00e9 humaine, en particulier ceux attribuables \u00e0 une exposition par voie cutan\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s avoir revu l\u2019\u00e9valuation des risques, l\u2019ARLA a conclu que, dans les conditions d\u2019utilisation r\u00e9vis\u00e9es, certaines utilisations agricoles du chlorothalonil ne pr\u00e9sentent pas de risques pr\u00e9occupants pour la sant\u00e9 humaine. En horticulture, ces utilisations concernent<strong> les asperges, les carottes, le c\u00e9leri (planches de semis uniquement), les cucurbitac\u00e9es, le ginseng, les champignons, les panais, les pommes de terre, les fraises et les tomates.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 la lumi\u00e8re des r\u00e9sultats de l\u2019\u00e9valuation des risques li\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019exposition aux pesticides apr\u00e8s traitement pour les travailleurs agricoles et le public en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, l\u2019ARLA propose d\u2019\u00e9liminer les utilisations suivantes du chlorothalonil\u00a0: bleuets (en corymbes et \u00e0 feuilles \u00e9troites), c\u00e9leri cultiv\u00e9 au champ, cerises (douces et am\u00e8res), choux mara\u00eechers, ma\u00efs sucr\u00e9, canneberges, nectarines, oignons (secs et verts) et p\u00eaches.<\/p>\n<p>Les sc\u00e9narios agricoles pris en compte dans le cadre de cette r\u00e9\u00e9valuation ont r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 des risques potentiels pour les travailleurs expos\u00e9s apr\u00e8s le traitement durant la r\u00e9alisation de diverses t\u00e2ches comme l\u2019\u00e9claircissage, l\u2019\u00e9mondage et le d\u00e9pistage, selon les conditions d\u2019utilisation actuelles. Les limites suivantes quant au nombre d\u2019applications par saison et aux doses d\u2019application maximales sont propos\u00e9es pour att\u00e9nuer les risques li\u00e9s \u00e0 certains usages maintenus\u00a0:<\/p>\n<p>Cucurbitac\u00e9es \u2013 deux\u00a0applications, dose d\u2019application maximale de 2,4\u00a0kg de mati\u00e8re active par hectare<\/p>\n<p>C\u00e9leri (planches de semis) \u2013 une\u00a0application, dose d\u2019application maximale de 1,4\u00a0kg de mati\u00e8re active par hectare<\/p>\n<p>Tomates et ginseng \u2013 une\u00a0application, dose d\u2019application maximale de 2,4\u00a0kg de mati\u00e8re active par hectare<\/p>\n<p>Pommes de terre \u2013 une\u00a0application, dose d\u2019application maximale de 1,2\u00a0kg de mati\u00e8re active par hectare<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019ARLA accepte les commentaires et les propositions pendant une p\u00e9riode de 60\u00a0jours suivant la date de publication du document (le 11\u00a0f\u00e9vrier\u00a02016). Compte tenu de l\u2019importance de la modification de cette d\u00e9cision pour le secteur horticole, le CCH demande, dans l\u2019imm\u00e9diat, de prolonger de 60\u00a0jours la p\u00e9riode de soumission des commentaires.
